As a life and career coach, I help people make their lives extraordinary. My specialty? Supporting people to create a life that's a glorious adventure.

This doesn't mean that I help people learn to parachute or rock climb (although an occasional Adventure Camp will showcase such adventures, and I am always happy to help you connect with resources!). Instead, I help people discover the thrill of adventure in everyday life, without ever leaving town. Since 1995, I have coached more than 500 individuals in private sessions to discover their adventurous spirit and to embrace their everyday challenges with a new attitude.

The benefits from this coaching are more freedom, more courage, and more vitality. There is an everyday adventurer that lives inside each of us; what I like to call "adventure coaching" is about setting free that inner spark for life.

The coaching I do with clients happens on the playing field of everyday life: at home, at work, with finances, in relationships, in their bodies and in nature. I'm a master certified coach who helps people -- regardless of life circumstances (I also coach a dynamic group of housebound seniors!) -- recognize that limitless adventures are possible for everyone.

I've just written a book called "A New Adventure Every Day, 541 Simple Ways to Live with Pizzazz." The book is a road map with hundreds of adventures that anyone can do.
